Natural Blue Dolomite Shrinathji

IDOL: The miracles of a 7-year-old Lord Krishna's childhood and his innocence are revered in the form of Shrinathji. The principal shrine of Shrinathji is situated at the temple of Nathdwara, 48 km northeast of Udaipur. Shrinathji's idol was brought to Rajasthan from Govardhana near Vrindavan to protect it from the hands of the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. It is believed that whosoever comes to Nathdwara with a pure heart and clear conscious, Lord Shrinathji fulfills all his wishes and bestows him with all the happiness and joys. 

STONE: Blue Dolomite is a rare variety of Dolomite that crystallizes in small prismatic crystal clusters, usually up to a few centimeters long. Its color is light to transparent blue and looks very similar to Celestite. Its matrix is usually white or black and can contain Pyrite or Calcite.
